Man Survives City Shooting

27-year-old Kevin Garcia was laid up in the KHMH today recovering from gunshot wounds he received during a drive-by shooting last night. Garcia told police that yesterday evening at 5:30, he was standing in his yard on Antelope street when a blue dodge van pulled up. That is the last thing he knows for sure because after Garcia reports he heard three gunshots and that's when he realized he had been shot in his upper right back. He is uncertain if those shots came from the Astro van. Garcia is recovering while police are looking for his shooter. He declined comment today.
