Over the weekend, police charged 21-year-old Clifford Calam for a fatal traffic accident on the southern highway which occurred last Wednesday. Calam was charged with manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct, and driving without due care and attention for the accident which caused the death of 26 year old Armando Gomez.
