Delvoy Castillo Passes

There is sad news tonight about teenaged accident victim Delvoy Castillo. This afternoon Delvoy's mother was at the hospital holding hope and vigil at her son's bedside when doctor's told her again that there is nothing that could be done to save him. As this was happening she noted her son fading and finally dying. But while Delvoy is now dead there is still no word from the Police Department whether the man who knocked him down, picked him up and left him inside a car just shy of reaching the hospital, will be charged.
