A Chinese businesswoman and her 19 month old son were viciously attacked and robbed by a 'Bonnie and Clyde' duo inside her restaurant in Guinea Grass Village yesterday afternoon. The victim is 34 year old King Pint Li and she tells police that around 4:15 she was inside her restaurant, Dragon Entertainment Center, when a man and woman entered. Li says the couple ordered a few rounds of beer and began playing on the slot machines. At about 5 pm they both went into the bathroom and a short while later the man came out and told Li the faucet wasn't working. Li went in to check and that's when she says, with her son in her hand, she was ambushed. She was punched in the head, her son was hit on the left ear and eventually knocked out of her hand. While the man was attacking her, Li says his female accomplice was helping herself to $200 which was in the cash register. Li was treated at the Corozal Hospital and police have two suspects detained.
