On Wednesday we told you about Stanley Hilton the man who died at the Hattieville. His family claimed it was as a result of police brutality, but the police said it was Aids. The family requested a post mortem to determine his exact cause of death, but now it seems they won't be getting even that.
Stanley's sister, rose today told us that they have since received a death certificate from the Prison Department in which states that he died of Aids, a conclusion arrived at without the benefit of a post mortem. While the family would like to pursue the matter further, they can't afford a private post mortem. So now, what the family says is the mystery of Hilton's death will be buried with him at a funeral planned for tomorrow.
