Constructed Worker Accused of Molesting Niece

A 48-year-old construction worker is in jail tonight because police say he repeatedly molested a 12-year-old girl. Edmond Luis was today charged with aggravated assault for allegedly fondling the girl. The standard six student told police that she was at her aunt's house in Hattieville when Luis, who is her aunt's boyfriend, took his baby from her and in the process allegedly touched her genital area. The girl told police that wasn't the first time and, in fact, Luis had been allegedly fondling her chest area since November. Chief Magistrate Herbert Lord denied Luis bail and he is in jail tonight until his next court date on January 31st.
