Two men, both Guatemalan nationals, have been charged by for raping a minor on Caye Caulker. The 17-year-old told police that on Sunday morning, she accepted a ride from two men in a golf cart. They took her to the airstrip area where one of them raped her.
Today, 25-year-old Julio Cesar Castillo was charged for rape and conspiracy to rape while 32-year-old Giovanni Carerras was charged for conspiracy to rape.
