Her sweet sixteen is next month but he had sex with her this month when she is still 15 and because of that 23-year-old Noel Herrera is sitting in jail tonight. Today in court Herrera was arraigned on five counts of unlawful carnal knowledge with the high school student.
Police allege that between March 16th and 22nd, Herrera had sex with the girl at his home in Biscayne Village. Today in Magistrate's Court Herrera admitted he had relations with the teenager but he claims she was at his house for 9 days because she ran away. Now, he claims the girl is pregnant. The girl admits that she ran away because she got into an argument with her mother.
Chief Magistrate Herbert Lord denied Herrera bail and he was remanded to the Hattieville Prison until April 27th.
