Two Cops Remain in Jail for Carnal Knowledge

Two police constables remain in jail tonight while a third is under investigation for having sexual relations with a 14 year old standard six student. We broke the story two weeks ago and yesterday Gilroy Usher Jr. and Elton Eligio were formally charged for separate counts of unlawful carnal knowledge. The girl mentioned a third officer in her statement whom she claims she had sex with 50 times over the past 15 months. That officer is under investigation but remains on active duty. If you are wondering why well Commissioner of Police Gerald Westby told us this afternoon that they are being careful with their investigations which is ongoing. Westby says Eligio and Usher were charged because the department was satisfied with the evidence against them.
