A man died after he fell out of a pickup truck driven by a drunk driver. Just after 9:00 on Saturday night, 39-year-old Justo Reyes was driving a pickup truck barreling down North Front Street when he made a sudden left turn at Pink's Alley. That's when 39 year old Carlos Alamina, his passenger seated in the bed of the truck was flung out. Alamina sustained severe head injuries and died. Reyes has been charged with manslaughter by negligence causing death by careless conduct, driving motor vehicle without due care and attention, driving a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit and carrying a person not properly seated.
