Police investigators stressed to us today that while Busch was released he is still under investigation along with at least four other people who are now in custody as well as a fifth who is being sought. Up to this evening Said Perdomo, Ricky Aguilar, Joseph Kee, and Alistine Guerrero were at the Queen Street Police Station for questioning. We stress that none of them have been charged and all four voluntarily surrendered to police. The fifth suspect, whose name police refuse to call, is Taydron Bennett who police say they still have not located. All are being questioned because they were reportedly hanging out at the concert. Said Perdomo is being represented by attorney Michael Peyrefitte who this evening told us why his client will tonight spend a second night in police custody.
Michael Peyrefitte, Attorney for Said Perdomo

"Since yesterday afternoon he has been in custody pending investigations. He has given one statement to the police but the police felt the need to detain him as the investigations continue."
Keith Swift,
Will he spend another night in there tonight?
Michael Peyrefitte,
"The police are entitled hold him for 48 hours without charging him so from what I gathered from this case, being a high pressure sensitive case, that the police they want to, if they decide to charge anybody, they want to be sure of what they are charging who for. So I doubt very much that anything will be done with any haste so I have a feeling that Mr. Perdomo will be spending his second night at the Queen Street Police Station."
Keith Swift,
Is he cooperating with police?
Michael Peyrefitte,
"Yesterday he spoke to the police and he as well gave a written statement to police so the police accepted that statement and with that statement that not having any bearing on the situation, the police decided to still detain him pending the investigation in the matter."
Keith Swift,
This is speculation but any idea what police believe his possible involvement was?
Michael Peyrefitte,
"That's speculation indeed you know Keith. What happened is that I don't know, I don't know. Mr. Perdomo was being sought by the police, he called me concerning representation, I advised him and informed to turn himself into police. We did that. The police questioned him, I was there when they questioned him, he decided to give a statement to the police and the police detained pending an investigation. I have no knowledge about the level of the investigation or what that investigation is all about at this time."
Ricky Aguilar is the name of the young man who Basil Brannon said he heard threaten Phillip Brannon. In an intriguing development, Ricky's father Efrain Aguilar, who is the former comptroller of customs, reported to police that during the day yesterday someone broke into their home on 16th street in King's Park and stole his son's 9 millimeter pistol which had in ten live rounds of ammunition. That was the only thing reported stolen. We should note that the gun used in Sunday morning's blood bath was a 9-millimeter gun. The survivors, Basil Brannon and Mervin Humes, are still recovering in the hospital.
