Burglars Caught Red-handed in O/W Town

Orange Walk police busted a pair of thieves red handed on Friday night. Officers were patrolling on the Belize-Corozal road when they saw 23-year-old Shawn Richards sneaking out through the window of Gong Fua Store. Richards tried to run off but constable 421 valentine collared him. But he wasn't alone, and when police looked inside, they found and 19 year old Dennis Velasquez. Near the store police found a stash of $215 in cash, 19 packs of cigarettes, two bottles of liquor, and some telephone cards. Both men have been charged with burglary.
