He is already charged for murdering security guard Oliver Blanco in broad daylight two weeks ago, and today a charge of rape was added to 26-year-old Edward Arthur's rap sheet.
What's more is that the accusation dates back to July 18th of 2004. That's right the rape allegedly occurred almost two years ago but Arthurs was charged this week. Information is that the victim complained to police but investigators couldn't located Arthurs. Of course Arthurs is now readily available because he is remanded for the Blanco murder.
Arthurs' rape case was adjourned until July 14th. Before that though he will be court again this Friday alongside Noel Usher for a court appearance on the murder charge. Both men are accused of murdering 62-year-old Oliver Blanco on the morning of May 31st.
