The Orange Walk Police and Social Service Departments are dealing with a hideous case of sexual abuse, rape and incest, all heaped upon one 15 year old girl.
The teenager told police that on July 21st her 41-year-old father raped her. That was the second time he is alleged to have done it and, because her mother did not believe her, she ran away and begged lodging from a friend. But the home she ran to was just as bad, and she claims that 39-year-old Jaime Pech then raped her. The teenager turned to police for protection and the Department of Social Services is now harboring her.
Both men have been charged. The father for incest, while Jamie Pech has been charged for rape, indecent assault and unlawful carnal knowledge. Both have been remanded.
As we noted the father had Been previously charged for incest with the same girl but his wife, who is her mother, bailed him and brought him back into the house to live with their 5 children. The girl is now being protected by the Department of Social Services.
