Burglars Hit Palm Island

Palm Island, it is a popular weekend party spot but this week it was hit by burglars who made off with liquor, music and video equipment. The club's owner 35 year old John Curly told police that between 7 pm on Tuesday and 3 on Wednesday afternoon someone broke into the club which is located on the Northern Highway. Curly says the burglars made off with an assortment of liquor as well as the club's DVD projector valued at $4,000 and a CD player valued at $1,000. Police are investigating.
