Fire victim Catherine Blease is still homeless after fire destroyed her house on Arlington Drive on the weekend. But while she is still not able to rebuild, she is getting some assistance. Today Public's Supermarket pitched in. The store's managing director Nandlal Nandwani says that seeing her plight, he just had to do something.

"If we businessmen don't help them, who is going to help them. It is a way we give back to our society. It is the poor class that helps us in our supermarket. They are our customers and this is a way in which we can return something to them. As a human being, as a part of society, we should help each other."
A determined Blease says she will use the money to begin reconstruction of her home.
