Teenage Fugitive Recaptured

A 14 year old burglary suspect who made a run for freedom for police is tonight back in police custody and nursing a bullet wound on his arm. The suspect is 14 year old Ian Albert Tun who was remanded at the Hattieville Prison but somehow managed to escape last week Wednesday. He was spotted in the Valley of Peace area on Thursday of last week. Tun again attempted to flee and that's when police fired what they describe as "warning shots." One of those shots hit Tun in his right arm. He is at the Belmopan Hospital recovering and will then return to the Hattieville Prison.
