Last night we told you the story of three brothers who were beaten by police. Tonight the young men are home after having spent two nights in detention. But that's after Goldbourne Miller, Ashton Myers and Elbert Anderson were charged by police. Miller and Anderson were charged with threatening a police officer, assaulting a police officer, using insulting words and resisting arrest. Myers was charged for using insulting words, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer.
They appeared in Magistrate's Court where they received $1,000 bail each and were ordered to re-appear on the 29th of November. Their mother Cynthia Anderson was also charged for obstructing the officers. The men today showed us their injuries and while they may not be very obvious two days after, it's hard to Miss Goldbourne Miller's broken right hand, which he sustained when police were arresting him.
