A 14-year-old primary school student from Ladyville has been charged with an unnatural crime after he was accused of sodomizing a 7-year-old boy. The shocking act is alleged to have occurred at about 2:00 in the morning on January second at the 14 year old's home.
In the presence of his mother, the 7 year old reported that he had gone over to the older boy's home for a sleepover. But the 14 year old started to fondle him, and eventually got on top of him when he turned on his stomach to go to sleep.
The 7 year old was taken to Universal Hospital where a doctor classified the injury as dangerous harm. The 14 year old appeared in Family Court today where he was offered bail of $1,500 and was released into the custody of his mother. He is to return to court on March 16th.
