Officer in charge of the Crimes Investigation Branch Chester Williams is being promoted again.
The 33 year old Williams is expected to be confirmed as a Senior Superintendent on June 6th making him one of the youngest ever to hold that high post. At the time of his next promotion, Williams will have served as Superintendent for 9 months.
Williams's promotion is in line with a change of department; he will be installed as second in charge of Eastern Division, as soon to be named Assistant Commissioner of Police Allan Whylie takes over for Assistant Commissioner Crispin Jeffries who is going to headquarters in Belmopan where he will be Commander of Operations.
