Police have charged a 20-year-old man for trying to burn down a home. Allan Martinez is accused of dousing Roy Latchman's verandah with kerosene and then trying to light it. It happened at 10 at night, and Latchman says he saw Martinez doing it and shouted at him. Latchman says it part of an ongoing battle he's been having with a group of young men in the neighborhood.
