Two teenagers and a 26 year old have been charged for killing 81-year-old San Andres resident Harry Duesbury. Duesbury was found dead in his home on Sunday morning he had been stabbed and struck on the head.

Police immediately detained four San Andres villagers and charged three of them: they are 26-year-old Noel Guy, 17-year-old Rosendo Guy and a 15-year-old minor.

Police also recovered a number of items including a double barrel shotgun and ammunition, a baseball bat and a black briefcase. Additionally, they found a sawed off shotgun hidden in the bushes. Some of these items such as the briefcase had been stolen from Duesbury's apartment. The three of them were today arraigned on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Duesbury was known to have been active with helping youths in the community. There is no indication that the suspects had been invited to his apartment.
