Roy Westby Shot While Riding on The Boulevard

Around 7:30 last night, 32-year-old Roy Westby was shot in the ankle as he was riding on Central American Boulevard. He told police that a man on a bike came out of Boots Crescent with guns blazing. Westby was only hit once and is in a stable condition at the KHMH. Police have one man detained pending charges.
