And while that pair of murders has put the city on high alert for weekend retaliations, already this evening, an innocent bystander was wounded in a crossfire. Just before 5:00 pm 55-year-old Gilbert Carr was standing on Sea Gull Street near the Central American Boulevard when he was shot in the right foot. Police believe that he was simply caught in the cross fire between two young men. He is in the KHMH in a stable condition while police are still looking for individual who did the shooting.
