John Loredo Stabbed on Boxing Day

33-year-old John Loredo was stabbed last night and the only thing police know for sure tonight is that he was intoxicated when it happened. Loredo told police that sometime after 10 – he was walking in the area of Poinsettia and Jasmine Streets when two men attacked him. Loredo, who again, according to police, was intoxicated - says he managed to run but he didn’t get far. He fell on the ground and that’s when he was stabbed in his right ib area. He was admitted to the KHMH with the broken knife still in his body. That knife has since been removed by surgery. Loredo declined to speak with the media today.
