A Kenroy Humes Went Home

And tonight we have a correction to a story we aired in last evening's newscast. We told you that Kenroy Humes was cleared of the attempted murder of Paul Tillett and showed you this man. Well he is a Kenroy Humes, but he was cleared of another murder - the murder of Gilroy Phillips in April of 2006. The case was a nolle pros because the witnesses feared for their safety. There is a case of another Kenroy Humes presently before the court but it has not gone to trial. He is accused of shooting Paul Tillett in the face. We said that Tillett had refused to testify because he feared for his safety, but that is not the case. His case - again - is before the courts - but has not gone to trial.
