No Charges for Father of Twins Who Perished

His daughters perished when their house burnt down, but police have not charged or detained the father who reportedly locked the twins in their home in Georgetown Village. We first told you about the tragedy last night. 15 year old Wincent and Vincent Ramirez were locked inside their home by their father Carlos Ramirez. He left home at 7:30 in the morning and at 11:30 villagers alerted him. When he arrived home the house was engulfed in flames and it was too late to save the twins.

Their bodies are at the Southern Regional Hospital awaiting post mortems which are scheduled for later this week. The girls were reportedly locked inside the house because of their mental conditions. Police say investigations continue.
