Teakettle resident Arlett Bennett had been living in Houston, Texas for the past three years but that’s a bitter memory for her family now because the 26 year old was found dead in her apartment on April 30th which was last week Wednesday. She had been murdered – apparently from stab wounds – according to media reports from Houston Texas.
She was found by her sister in law after her co workers got worried when she did not show up at work. A relative in Belize told us that they have ruled out burglary as a possibility – and he noted that there was no sign of forced entry. So far, media reports from Houston have not indicated what the motive might have been. However, it is known that she was going through some uncertainty with an ex. Arlett Bennett was single and had no children.
