Jesse James & Wesley Snipes Return to Court

Jesse James Ochoa, and Wesley Emanuel, known as Wesley Snipes are on remand at the Hattieville Prison tonight. They have been charged for murder, kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. The pair is alleged to have carried out last week’s highway robbery of loggers Cornelio Schmitt and Emigidio Gomez. Both men were shot and Lopez was tortured and then hanged to death. Their ring-leader Juan Aldana is still at large and believed to have left the country. Ochoa was found in Melchor.

Police say the trio planned the robbery to get the bulldozer and sell it in Guatemala.
