Last week we told you that Jose Shoman was cleared of all charges for gun possession when the government’s case fell apart after evidence was either missing or mishandled. Well now 7NEWS has received reports it may have been misconduct and the prosecuting officer has been placed on interdiction. The police internal affairs officer at Eastern Division wouldn’t divulge details when we checked this afternoon but he did confirm that a report has been completed and it will be forwarded to the press officer before being released to the public.
