And while no one was hurt in those lawless act we told you about in the first segment, a teenager was murdered this weekend. Several hours after eighteen year old car dealer Stanley Moguel left his family’s home on Saturday night to socialize, his body was discovered several hours later on the Northern Highway. The body was lying face down on the left hand side of the road about one hundred yards away from the Haulover Bridge. It had multiple gunshot wounds. Stanley Moguel had been shot several times to the upper and lower back and to the right side of the chest near the armpit.
According to the police they are now investigating to determine if the homicide was an act of retaliation for the murder of Rennick Reneau who was killed in October 2007. The family of Stanley Moguel who did not wish to comment on their son’s murder did tell 7NEWS they do not believe that their son’s killing is connected to any previous murders and they only want justice.
Moguel is the brother of Police Constable Delmar Moguel who has had a few brushes with the law and is a friend of well known figure Darren Banks.
