Robbed on the Way to Buying A Car

He was supposed to be buying a car, but an Orange Walk man instead ended up as the victim of an armed robbery. On Sunday at 2:30, 32 year old Celso Leal, a farmer of San Carlos Area, in Orange Walk Town, told police that two men Mark James and another man known to him as Richie offered to sell him a Toyota Camry. He took out $5,800 in cash and handed it over to James, who then allegedly pulled out a black handgun, pointed it at his chest and told him to exit the car. Leal jumped out and both men then sped off. Neither suspect has been detained.
