A first form student from St. Catherine’s Academy is missing tonight. 15 year old Jessica Acosta left her home in the Lake I area yesterday morning at 7:20 and she didn’t turn up at school nor has she returned home. This evening her mother Romilia Mai and grandmother Adelia Acosta made an appeal for Jessica to return home.

“Yesterday, yesterday morning. She passed by my house 20 minutes after 7 and this is the last time I saw her. She was supposed to go to school. She was supposed to go on the dollar van and I talked to the man and he said he didn’t see where she got off.”

“I don’t know. Just last night I heard from her friend but I don’t know about her boyfriend.”

Has she gone missing before?
Romilia Mai,
“No. She has never left like this. I don’t know what happened to her because she doesn’t give problems.”
