Cowboy Still Hospitalized Under Police Guard

He’s alleged to have opened fire on police in Orange Walk on Saturday night, but ex cop Kevin Cowboy Alvarez has still not been charged. That’s because he is in the hospital, recovering from a single gunshot wound to the upper abdomen inflicted by police after he allegedly shot three officers. Police say that Alvarez was with another man, who is still at large.

Police still cannot say what was the motive as it appears not to have been robbery. The victim of what has all appearances of an execution Hiu Lin Chen had only been in the country for 8 months.
