Phillip Wallace Back in Jail

He was freed of an attempted murder charge last week but today 21 year old Phillip Wallace was back in court today. He was charged this time with two counts of aggravated assault. The allegation is that on August 2nd, Wallace fired two shots at Kareem Williams and Eddie Neal.

He appeared before Magistrate Aretha Ford and pled not guilty. Magistrate Ford told Wallace she couldn’t grant him bail because it was an offense involving a firearm. He was remanded into custody until September 30th.

Wallace and Wababa Norales were charged for the attempted murder of Andrew West but the case turned into a nolle pros after the DPP’s office couldn’t locate West.
