A man is going to jail for violating that protection order that his ex had against him. 41 year old Alan Locario was charged with breach of a protection order for going to his wife’s home on Freedom Street.
Leata Locario testified that he went to the house on September 12th and kicked open the door. The protection order issue din October of last year forbade him from going to his wife’s house for a year.
The Family Court today sentenced him to 9 months on prison for the breaching the order. The sentenced started today. He has a charge of theft pending at the Magistrate’s Court.
