There was an armed robbery at Dave’s Furniture World this afternoon but managers say this one was an inside job. It occurred shortly before 1 pm when the three men walked into the store. An employee who asked to appear off camera, told us what happened.
Voice of Employee,
“All we see is three guys come. One stayed by the door, two went in, and one held up a gun and went to the cashier and demanded money and cell phones and we just gave whatever we got and they left afterwards. The two came out of the store, put the guns in their pockets and the other one went. So three of them went together.”

“You guys believe it is an inside job?”
Voice of Employee,
“Yes because it happened too sudden and we’ve never been robbed before and we’ve been here so long.”
It hasn’t been determined how much money was stolen but the store manager told us that it wasn’t much. Police have detained three suspects and are seeking a fourth. That is the employee who managers believed orchestrated the robbery. He recently began working there.
