Three days after he was stabbed, 17 year old Conrad Guzman is still listed as critical in the KHMH. The news tonight is that the man who allegedly stabbed him is in jail. That man is 63 year old Gerald “Scarface” Westby.

As we’ve reported, both men were drinking around 7 on Wednesday morning in front of Nancy’s Jewellery on Cemetery Road when they got into an argument. Witnesses say that Conrad threatened to rob Westby and that is when he pulled out a knife and stabbed Conrad in the chest.

Today in court Westby was charged with attempted murder, dangerous harm, and use of deadly means of harm. No plea was taken and he was remanded to prison until October 26th. Conrad Gusman meanwhile was today in the intensive care unit at the KHMH.
