Three men, all of them residents of Ladyville, were today charged for a Lord’s Bank home invasion which happened on September 20th. 24 year old Lionel Bregal, 24 year old Pedro Perez and 28 year old Jason Malic were charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary.
Bregal who is the alleged ringleader was charged with aggravated burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and three counts of wounding. According to the allegation, Bregal and others entered a home at #3 lord’s bank armed with a gun and pistol whipped Armenia Tun, Ashley Thompson and Raymond Jones.
Today in court all three men pleaded not guilty. Bregal was denied bail because he is accused of a firearm offence while the attorney for the other two, Dickey Bradley argued for bail but the Magistrate rejected his arguments and all three were remanded. We don’t have pictures because all three hid their face when they left court today.
