Anchor security guard Frank Garcon was busted by his supervisor sleeping on the job but that still wasn’t reason to pistol whip him. And that is why tonight that supervisor 39 year old Richard Arnold is in jail. He was today arraigned on charges of wounding and aggravated assault. He pleaded not guilty but bail was denied and he was remanded to prison until October 30th. The incident happened on the night October 5th in front of the Supreme Court. That is the building garcon should have been guarding but when Arnold checked on him – Garcon was sleeping. The allegation is that Arnold then pulled out his gun and hit garcon in the face and head. Garcon received injuries to the face.
