Thirty-five year old Anthony Ferguson who allegedly stabbed his wife with an ice pick was charged with attempted murder and use of deadly means of harm when he appeared in Magistrate’s Court today. No plea was taken and no bail could be set because of the nature of the offence so he was remanded until January of next year.
Last Saturday night at 11:00 Ferguson’s common law wife Pamela Cadle reported to police that she and Ferguson were at home on Ordonez Street when they got into a fight. She says he took an ice pick and stabbed her several times in the back.
