Last week 32 year old Keon Williams, aka Gambis, was charged for sodomizing a 14 year old boy. He was remanded to the Hattieville Prison until March 2nd but according to the victim’s mother, Gambis is out on bail. She says he didn’t spend a second in jail but our reports are that he secured bail the following day. Whatever the case, he’s out and her concern is that with Gambis out on bail – he poses a threat to her and her 14 year old son. She told us about her concerns this morning. To protect the identity of her child – we concealed her identity.

“My son because Keon Williams, aka Gambis, the Magistrate grant him that he will get no bail until the second of March and now he is out. He didn’t even spend a day at a jail so I want to know what is the problem. I want to know if this Magistrate know he got bail. My problem is I fear for my son because my son cannot even go nowhere and he is afraid himself because I don’t know what will be the next move, they could do anything because Gambis shouldn’t be out because he did wrong and he needs to get dealt with.”

“He is living in fear and me too. Talking deh bout that he is running around in a tinted vehicle, round and round like he did something great. He didn’t even go to the cell. The same day that they did not grant him bail until the second, that is the same day he got out.”

Mother of Rape Victim,
“Difficult. He is scared, he is afraid. He is afraid Gambis. That is his biggest fear, that Gambis will grab him again. He doesn’t even attend school, he can’t even go nowhere and I want the people know that if anything happen to my son it because of the negligence of the people dem because he shouldn’t be out none at all. He is a molestor. He is molesting people pickney.”
The 14 year old boy reported that he was picking up shells at the BTL Albert Park in November of last year when Keon Williams approached him and sodomized him. The boy says Williams attempted to do the same thing on December 31st.
