27 year old Kevin Arnold known as "four-five" put himself into double trouble when stole a five dollar fried chicken and pointed plastic handgun at the owner of a Chinese restaurant. Arnold was beaten for what he did and when he appeared in the number six Magistrate's Court with his face swollen and pleaded guilty to the theft and aggravated assault, he was sentenced to one year for each offence. In addition, Magistrate Sharon Frazer told him that warrants will be made for him to serve time for fines that he owes the court.
Arnold committed the theft around and aggravated assault around 8:15 pm on Tuesday March 16th. Kevin Shau, the 20 year old owner of Belizean Fast Food on Cemetery Road reported that Arnold ordered a chicken and when it was put on the counter, Arnold snatched it and ran without paying. Shau chased him down and when he caught him Arnold pointed a black hand gun at him.
Shau called police who caught him on South Street with a black plastic toy gun in his possession.
