No one has been charged for the murder of 30 year old Aubrey Lopez. Police still have two persons detained; those are the men who were found in Lopez's car near the Queen Square market.
Three men escaped when police intercepted the car. A 38 special revolver was also found inside the car.
Lopez was last seen alive driving the car out of the EP Yorke compound a little after 10:00 pm - and one hour later he was shot inside and thrown out on Prince Street by persons unknown.
The car later participated in a wild shooting in the Yabra area in which no one was hurt.
The difficulty that investigators are having - as we understand it - is that while men were found in the car around midnight - the police - at this time - cannot definitively say whether those were the men who murdered Lopez at 11:15.
The investigation continues and charges are expected on Monday.
