Mark "T-Dog" Stuart - he was shot to death in prison by guards in 2003; there were an amazing 49 bullet wounds on his body. Critics call it a state sanctioned execution - as T-Dog was considered the most dangerous inmate, while his family called it murder, but today at the conclusion of a coroner's inquest, a jury of five found that they could not find anyone criminally responsible for his death.
Stuart - a father of four - was gunned down in August of 2003 while he was in a cell with five other inmates at the prison. It was alleged by authorities that Stuart was armed and was about to attack the prison officer who had gone to his cell for a search. At the time, Stuart was on remand for murder.
The coroner's inquest began two years ago and concluded today in the #1 Magistrate's Court. Stuart's common law wife, Shawn Godoy said she is going to appeal the verdict….
