Man Accused Of Sodomy

24 year old Kareem Hamilton, a laborer of Morter's Alley who allegedly sodomized a male 15 year old high school student was charged with an unnatural crime when he appeared in the #1 Magistrate's Court today. Chief Magistrate Margaret Mckenzie did not take a plea because it is an indictable offence. Due to the nature of the offence, he was automatically remanded.

The boy reported to police that the encounter occurred between April 28 and 29th. Hamilton was to be arraigned yesterday but when he was first taken to court, the 24 year old said he was only 15, so he was remanded until today when that detail was straightened out.
