Boat Captain Christino Madrill was killed inside his car in April of 2008. 24 year old Marvin Bradley was charged for the murder. But today in the courtroom of Justice Adolph Lucas, he was freed of the crime when a nolle pros motion was entered.

Crown Counsel Thalia Francis was forced to enter the motion when five to six witnesses whose testimony was crucial to the case did not want to testify.
