Man Convicted For Fondling Child

Thirty four year old Enrique Pandy, charged with aggravated assault of an indecent nature upon a 5 year old girl, was found guilty in the Magistrate's Court today.

In June of 2009 the girl testified in closed court that Pandy fondled her private parts. Pandy was an employee of the Department of Transport at the time.
