The men caught in Lucky Strike allegedly stealing the football's field's floodlights - are in jail tonight, after appearing in court today.
They are 18 year old Anastacio Soler, an unemployed of Scotland Half Moon, 50 year old Brian Davis a.k.a PeterTosh - an employee of the Ministry of Works and 24 year old Charles Bowen, a construction worker of Milpa Site, Ladyville.
Soler alone was charged with handling stolen goods for the floodlight which was found in his vehicle, which has a value of one thousand five hundred dollars and is the property of Lucky Strike Village Council.
They pleaded not guilty to the charges when they were arraigned today in the Magistrate's Court. The prosecution objected to bail on the grounds that the offences have become prevalent and for the safety of the accused persons because they were caught red handed by the villagers.

They were remanded until August 25th…
