Toledo Toddler Drowns

And finally this evening, there is a disturbing drowning report coming out of Punta Gorda town.

Yesterday afternoon at around 1:00, police were called out to The Texaco wharf on Front Street where they say Clinton JIMENEZ administering CPR to a small child at the water's edge.

So far, police have determined that before noon, the 2-year old was swimming in the sea near Texaco Gas Station with his 14-year old aunt and several other young children. At around 12:30 in the afternoon, all of the children were sent home, but at 1:00 the motionless two year-old was seen by a man at the gas station.

Police suspect that the child may have been overlooked and left behind...
